If you live in the North Bristol NHS Trust Area and need help with your hearing aids the best option if you can is to come into one of our clinics with your hearing aid/s (Southmead, Frenchay, Clevedon, Portishead, Yate, Thornbury, Shirehampton, Cossham)

Failing that if it is a repair you can either post your hearing aid to Southmead Audiology Department or you can have a friend or relative bring it in to an open repair clinic at one of the clinics listed above. Ring Southmead Audiology Dept for further info.
If you are house bound and need help with your hearing aid/s or are a friend or relative of someone who is house bound and who needs help, and for whom the above options are not possible please get in contact with us.
You can do this by calling us at:

Or you can download the hi.SS volunteer request form by clicking here and post that to us at:

Or if you prefer you can email it to audiology@nbt.nhs.uk

If there is a volunteer in the area you live we will pass your details on to them and then they will contact you to find a convenient time for a visit. Please note that all our volunteers carry NHS ID when they visit you and will inform you of their name when they phone. If there is not a volunteer in your area we will be in contact to make further arrangements.

The hi.SS volunteers are very good, but there is a limit to what they are able to do, if they can not solve the problem they will contact us and we will organise further action.
